Our 2017 Summer Season is a short 3 - 4 week period where a selection of classes are held over the January summer holidays, prior to the 2017 school term commencing.
Giving opportunity to try different genres of dance class, and access to workshops and guest teachers, these workshops & classes are a wonderful addition to our weekly February to December membership programs. Not only assisting in maintaining the strength, stamina and flexibility that students (both children and adults), have achieved over the year, but the summer workshop classes are also a chance to discover new skills only gained in a workshop environment.

Ensuring that our adult students & dedicated youngsters have access to classes throughout January, we have this short Summer Season that is separate to our annual tuition. This makes the Artz Summer Season a great way to try those classes you've been wanting to and see which ones are your absolute favourites so you can plan for the year ahead.
For Irish Dancers, there is the Melbourne Open championship & Feis coming up, so we know you wont want to miss class over the summer break!
It’s also a great time for ballet students from 5-7yrs and from 8yrs and over with our “Learn The Ballets” workshops, where you can learn & dance the story of one ofthe great classical ballets, so these are very popular amongst all ages of our ballet students.
Ballet, Jazz and Irish Dance students are especially encouraged to attend Summer Season classes & all dancers & adult students are welcome at our special Dancer’s Body Conditioning sessions we hold called: Body Dynamics / Body Conditioning / Stretch & Strengthen classes.
These classes develop & maintain flexibility and core control are are held on Monday afternoons and Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday mornings throughout the season. This is where you’ll be able to improve those high kicks, jumps and splits!

BRONZE CLASS CARD - 3 Classes Per Week for Summer Season: $156
2 Classes / Week for Summer Season: $115
1 Class Per Week for Summer Season: $66
Casual Classes $22 per 45 or 60min class, or $33 per 90minute class
Special Workshops $35 - “Learn The Ballets” separate workshops for Junior ($29), Intermediate & Adult students
**Private Singing or Dance Lessons & Private Coachings can be held through the Summer Season, simply book in at the office. The Summer Season Timetable is below & the coming year is available in November.
